This is more than coaching to me. It's personal, because I've lived every high and low I'm helping you navigate.

I was the skinny kid smashing the classic chicken, rice, and veg, training five days a week, and still waiting to grow. Then I built a career that kept me glued to a desk for 10-hour stretches, running on caffeine and deadlines. Before I realised, I was hovering around 140kg at 40% body fat and didn't recognise the person in the mirror.

Enough was enough. I stripped things back, built structure, tracked data, and created systems that worked when life stayed hectic. I dropped over 30kg of body fat, rebuilt strength, and earned a physique I'm proud to wake up to every morning because it reminds me I built it.

Now I coach others through the same blueprint—habits that back your career, family, and mental health, not just your time in the gym. We look at how you eat, sleep, lift, recover, think, and follow through so you can stop starting over.
