We collect the minimum personal information required to support your coaching experience. This includes contact details, training history, health disclosures you voluntarily share, and metric logs you input in the Physique Lab portal. Data is stored securely in industry-standard platforms with restricted access.

We never sell or rent your data. We may use anonymised metrics to track programme outcomes and inform content, but no identifying details are included. You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing coaching@macquariemuscle.com.

Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe directly from any email. Booking and payment data is processed through PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full payment details on our servers.
