How do online sessions work?

It's not a Zoom call while you squat. You get a full app-based program. You film your lifts, I critique them. It's like having a coach in your pocket, 24/7.

What if I don't get results?

If you follow the plan, track your data, and communicate, you WILL get results. If you do the work and nothing happens (which has never happened), we fix it. Period.
